Really good location for us, parallel to main shopping street and nice walk to the sights. Street not too busy either. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early with our baby which was a huge help. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection.

Perfect location, very good breakfast and close to all amenities. Just about 3 mins walk to the metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed to check in earlier than usual time.

Location is about 10 min walk from Brussels Nord so easy to get train to/from airport. Centre is then less than 10 mins away from hotel which is great.

The hotel was very good, the staff very helpful and polite, the location central, the rooms spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and full English which was delicious, the restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. I will definitely return on my next visit to Brussels.

I have stayed many times at this hotel and I have never been disappointed. This time I was positively surprised because my room was unavailable when I arrived and I was immediately offered a better room (although I arrived earlier than the usual check in hour). The room was spacious, clean and modern, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast is rich and the coffee very good. The reception service is quick and kind. Finally, the hotel is situated in a perfect location, in the heart of the city, close to two metro lines and the Central Railway Station (Grand Central). I definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro, making it very convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the provided coffee was a nice touch. We especially appreciated the soft, high-quality towels. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which added to the convenience. Additionally, we were allowed to store our bags in the luggage room after checkout, which was very helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied, especially considering the great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice comfortable hotel to stay in, just off shopping areas and quite close to Brussels Nord station if you want to get train to Bruges too (1 hour). One of the Christmas markets - Markt aux Poissons, only 12 to 15 mins easy walk away. Then leads to other stalls and Christmas Market areas but suggest using a market map or asking, as lots to see and shops also to explore. Hotel has good selection at breakfast buffet. Excellent water pressure in shower over bath, really comfortable bed and spacious room. Friendly staff at reception. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and a good size, beds made up daily and crockery washed, coffee capsules were replenished as necessary. Location was as expected, close but not too close to the city centre. Close to Metro connections. Breakfast was nice and covered a wider range than expected with bacon, scrambled egg, sausages, hash browns etc as well as standard continental breakfast offerings. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
